By accessing, registering with, or using the Pratibimba Live website, Reporter Dashboard, digital services, news submission system, PDF download system, or any other service provided by us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Pratibimba Live

Pratibimba Live provides digital news, information, journalism, and related online services. Our platform may allow registered reporters and authorized contributors to submit news content for editorial review and possible publication. Pratibimba Live reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform when necessary.

2. User Accounts

Users and reporters may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Keep your account information updated.
  • Protect your login credentials.
  • Never share your password or OTP.
  • Not create accounts using false identities.
  • Not impersonate another person, reporter, organization, or authority.
  • Notify the administration of unauthorized account access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

3. Reporter Registration

Reporter registration does not automatically guarantee appointment, employment, accreditation, salary, or publication of submitted news. Pratibimba Live may verify reporter information before approving or activating a reporter account. The administration reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate a reporter account according to platform policies.

4. Reporter Rules & Responsibilities

Every registered reporter is expected to follow professional and responsible journalism practices.

Reporters must:

  • Submit truthful and factually responsible news.
  • Verify information before submitting a report.
  • Provide accurate headlines and descriptions.
  • Submit genuine photographs and videos.
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of individuals.
  • Avoid deliberately misleading or sensational reporting.
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect copyright and intellectual-property rights.
  • Clearly identify information that is unverified when appropriate.
  • Cooperate with editorial verification.
  • Correct factual errors when requested by the editorial team.
  • Follow the reporting area or assignment restrictions applicable to their account.

Reporters must not:

  • Submit fabricated or completely false news.
  • Copy another organization’s content and present it as their own.
  • Upload copyrighted material without appropriate rights or permission.
  • Manipulate photographs, videos, quotations, or evidence to mislead readers.
  • Publish defamatory, threatening, hateful, or deliberately harmful content.
  • Promote illegal activities through news submissions.
  • Use the platform for personal revenge, harassment, or intimidation.
  • Demand money from individuals in exchange for publication or suppression of news.
  • Misrepresent themselves as government officials, police officers, authorized representatives, or other authorities.
  • Submit the same news repeatedly for the purpose of manipulating earning or performance systems.
  • Create fake accounts to manipulate views, likes, shares, referrals, or earnings.
  • Share confidential platform information without authorization.

5. Reporter Has Their Own Responsibility

Every reporter is personally responsible for the information, statements, photographs, videos, documents, and other material submitted through their Reporter Account. Registration as a Pratibimba Live reporter does not transfer personal responsibility for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, or unauthorized acts committed by the reporter. The reporter is responsible for:
  • The authenticity of submitted information.
  • Verification of sources.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions.
  • Obtaining consent where required.
  • Copyright compliance.
  • Accuracy of quotations and statements.
  • Legality of photographs and videos.
  • Conduct during field reporting.
  • Any personal promises, agreements, or financial transactions made with sources or third parties.
Pratibimba Live does not authorize reporters to act as government officials, police officers, legal representatives, or other authorities unless they independently possess such lawful authority. Where appropriate, Pratibimba Live may cooperate with lawful investigations or authorities regarding content submitted through the platform.

6. Editorial Review and Approval

All reporter-submitted news may be subject to editorial review. Submission of news does not guarantee publication. The editorial or administrative team may:
  • Approve a report.
  • Reject a report.
  • Request corrections.
  • Edit headlines or formatting.
  • Request additional information.
  • Remove content after publication.
  • Temporarily restrict a reporter’s publishing privileges.
Editorial decisions may be based on accuracy, relevance, legality, journalistic standards, duplication, source reliability, or other platform policies.

7. News Publication

Once approved, news may be published on the Pratibimba Live website, applications, social media channels, digital platforms, newsletters, PDFs, or other authorized Pratibimba Live channels. Published reports may include:
  • Reporter name
  • News headline
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Publication date
  • Location
  • Article content
Pratibimba Live may archive published news as part of its digital news record.

8. Reporter Earnings

Where a Reporter Earning Program is offered, eligible reporters may receive earnings according to the earning rules and rates determined by the administration. Earnings may be calculated using factors such as:
  • Approved news submissions
  • Article views
  • Reader engagement
  • Content performance
  • Other criteria announced by the administration
Reporter earnings are subject to verification. Fraudulent activity, fake views, artificial engagement, duplicate submissions, fake accounts, or other manipulation may result in cancellation or adjustment of earnings. Pratibimba Live reserves the right to modify earning rates, eligibility requirements, calculation methods, minimum withdrawal amounts, and payment procedures. Earnings are not guaranteed merely because a person is registered as a reporter.

9. Reporter Payments and Withdrawals

Where withdrawal facilities are available, reporters must provide accurate payment information. The reporter is responsible for ensuring that their bank, UPI, or other payout information is correct. Pratibimba Live is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect information supplied by the reporter or by third-party payment providers. Minimum withdrawal limits, verification requirements, processing periods, and payment methods may be determined by the administration.

10. News PDF Download System

Pratibimba Live may provide a PDF download facility for selected published news. Downloaded PDFs may contain Pratibimba Live branding, watermark, reporter information, publication information, and article content. Users must not:
  • Remove or alter official watermarks.
  • Misrepresent the source of the news.
  • Sell or commercially redistribute PDFs without authorization.
  • Modify the content to create a misleading representation.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Pratibimba Live’s website, branding, logo, design, graphics, original articles, software, layout, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Pratibimba Live materials. Reporters must ensure that submitted photographs, videos, documents, and other materials do not unlawfully infringe third-party copyrights.

12. Reporter-Submitted Content

By submitting content to Pratibimba Live, the reporter confirms that:
  • They have the necessary rights or permissions to submit the material.
  • The information is not knowingly false or misleading.
  • The material does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
  • They accept editorial review and moderation.
The reporter grants Pratibimba Live the necessary permission to review, edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and display submitted content through its digital and authorized media channels, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users and reporters must not use the platform to:
  • Commit or promote illegal activities.
  • Spread malware or harmful code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Manipulate platform systems.
  • Create fraudulent accounts.
  • Manipulate reporter earnings.
  • Manipulate views, likes, shares, or other engagement.
  • Harass or threaten others.
  • Publish knowingly defamatory material.
  • Distribute illegal or unauthorized material.
  • Circumvent security or account restrictions.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Pratibimba Live may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where there is evidence of:
  • False information.
  • Repeated violation of these Terms.
  • Fake or manipulated news.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Fraud.
  • Earning manipulation.
  • Abuse of the Reporter Dashboard.
  • Harassment or misconduct.
  • Security violations.
  • Other serious violations of platform rules.
Where appropriate, pending earnings may be reviewed before payment. Termination of an account does not remove legal or financial obligations that arose before termination.

15. Disclaimer

Pratibimba Live works to provide accurate and reliable information, but no news organization can guarantee that every piece of information will always be completely error-free or available without interruption. News may be based on information received from reporters, sources, authorities, witnesses, agencies, or other parties. Readers should use appropriate judgment when relying on information published online.

16. Reporter Independence and Conduct

Being a registered reporter does not give a reporter authority to make official statements on behalf of Pratibimba Live unless specifically authorized. Reporters must not use the Pratibimba Live name, identity card, logo, or position to obtain personal benefits, threaten individuals, demand money, or misrepresent their authority. Any personal dispute, unauthorized transaction, promise, or agreement made independently by a reporter remains the reporter’s responsibility unless expressly authorized by Pratibimba Live.

Use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.
